Claire Cussemane, Rocket Internet
"My name is Claire Cussemane, I am 25 years old and come from Paris. I have an international relations and communication background and am currently working in Munich for Rocket Internet on a special project in the travel sector.
I am working in venture development and combine very diverse fields in my daily work, such as business development, public relations, marketing or product management.
As mentioned above, I have a very diverse background. I studied international relations, political sciences and management at Sciences Po Paris, and marketing and communication at La Sorbonne. But a lot of things that I do today in my job I didn't even learn at school but on a daily basis at work. Indeed, I have now gain a lot of knowledge in diverse area such as business development, product management and growth hacking, which I will put at the disposal of the teams to support them in the best way.
I have worked in 2 start-ups in France and Germany and I am now working for Rocket Internet, a famous German incubator, on a special project that we launched a couple of months ago.
I am a real start-up enthusiast and am very much into the digital sector and its last innovations. I have been working in start-ups since 2 years now and would love to help young entrepreneurs get started with their projects."

Ardita Zekiri, UN Development Program
"I am Ardita Zekiri, and I completed my MA studies at Jacobs University Bremen. I taught Cultural Studies for Business Study programs at Bremen Hochschule for one year. After I moved away from Bremen, I worked in 5 different countries and finally ended up in Macedonia working for UNDP on the Employment Program. Through my experience I helped more than 800 startups with trainings, formal counseling, legal process, and management and market research tips. These 800 startups are still active and provide a wide range of products and services.
I enjoyed my first experience as a mentor in 2015 and I really found myself challenged by the variety of ideas, business plans, and marketing campaigns."

"Technology and innovation is my passion. I finished my bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. This exposed me to both Hardware and Software sides of Technology and I have empowered myself with a multitude of professional talents that allow me to think critically and of new ideas, optimize work and achieve tasks efficiently and properly. I am currently the Lead Technical Operations at Kreditech, Hamburg, where I am in charge of all the technical operations of the company from end to end.My expertise is in programming, pitching ideas and solutions and analysing data to draw recommendations. I have been involved with starting Kreditech from scratch in Peru, Dominican Republic and Kazakhstan. I would like to transfer the knowledge that I have gained working in the 3rd most successful start-up of Germany (Kreditech) and help transform the ideas of students into reality."
