Holger Hoffman
Born and raised in Germany with a degree in business administration, Holger started out as a Management Consultant at pwc, before driving value in the consumer goods industry as Finance Manager and CFO (Gillette, Procter&Gamble, Hachez).
He is internationally experienced in both developed and developing countries. He entered the startup rollercoaster himself with COBI.Bike in 2015 as CFO/COO, which excited to Bosch’s eBike division in 2017. Now he is helping Bosch’s internal startups to build their businesses as part of Bosch’s global grow network for startups.

Jonas Fromme
Jonas' passion is disruptive technology, digital strategy & lean start-up development. After leading Bremen’s Formula Student Team for 2 years and assisting the executives of Industrial IoT startup Sensosurf for one year, Jonas went to Silicon Valley to coach early-stage entrepreneurs in Startup Embassy and at 500 startups. Jonas is the founder of Founder's Share and regularly organizes free workshops for starting teams and pre-seed startups. He is part of bremen-startups.de since 2015.

Johannes Grabowski
He has been working for the Bosch group since 2005. Since 2013, his focus is on innovation, e.g. in building up spin-offs in the silicon valley. He built up an accelerator that won several innovation awards.
Additionally, he taught business model development at the University of Reutlingen. In 2018, he transitioned to Robert Bosch Venture Capital where he started to build up a global startup partnering program for the Bosch Group.
